Automotive. Skilled trades. Manufacturing. Higher education. Safety training. Global athletics. Every engagement — same commitment. Find the gap. Build the bridge. Get people across.
A cross-industry record of building and delivering training that moves the needle — not just fills the room.
Built to answer the question nobody was asking — "how do we know the training is working?" A real-time management tool tracking 1,000,000+ engineering data records across 23 departments, with a five-stage escalation pipeline. The measurement system that made the eLearning solution possible.
From AutoCAD 2.6 on a DOS prompt in 1987 to parametric modeling, PLM administration, and eLearning conversion at the enterprise level. This isn't a training background built in a classroom — it was built on the shop floor, in the tooling room, and at the engineering workstation.
Recorded at Calhoun ISD in 2009 — this is the methodology live. Students received a complete Rubik's Cube kit, fully disassembled, with no drawings, no instructions, and no reference of any kind. What you see here is the starting point of a curriculum that produced full SolidWorks assemblies, bills of materials, technical animations, and up to 17 transferable college credits.
Recorded in Ecuador in 2023. Authentic, unscripted instruction covering the foundational concepts of parametric 3D modeling — navigating the interface, creating and constraining sketches, applying features, and building a solid model from the ground up. This is what real teaching looks like.
A friend shared a flyer and asked about pricing. I noticed the real problem wasn't the price — it was the design. Too many colors, competing fonts, no visual hierarchy. I offered a critique and two complete redesigns in the same conversation: one for adults, one for school-age kids. This is what a gap looks like when you can see it.
"Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare.
Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing."
— Muhammad Ali
The same principles that build great curriculum build great teams. Find the right people. Build the right chemistry. Get out of the way and let them win.
AYSO Coach (3 teams simultaneously) · Coaches Trainer (certified by the Chicago Fire) · Referee Trainer · Adult League Forward & Goalkeeper · Undefeated as Keeper · Hat-trick scorer as Forward · Men's Tennis Team No. 1 Singles. When someone says "you're not tall enough to play keeper" — that's just another dare.
