Classroom / ILT curriculum typically requires 32–50 hours of development for every 1 finished instructional hour. eLearning runs 60–120 hours per finished hour depending on complexity. These ratios are established benchmarks across the L&D industry.

Transparent Pricing
Curriculum development is priced at $150–$250 per finished instructional hour. Contract instruction runs $1,500 per day with a two-day minimum for travel engagements. Travel is billed at actual cost — no markup.

Drive Near, Fly Far
Engagements within 350 miles of Ypsilanti, MI are estimated as a drive at the IRS standard mileage rate ($0.70/mi). Beyond 350 miles, the estimate switches to round-trip airfare, airport transport, rental car, hotel, and per diem. All travel is billed at actual cost — no markup.
